Self Defense & Stress Relief Through Martial Arts 2/3

This class will focus on self-defense, personal development and stress relief through martial arts. You’ll learn about concepts, issues, tools and techniques tailored to the individual that can be used as defense as well. Course is open to anyone with a desire to learn and explore, all body shapes, sizes and ages 16 yrs old and older as these techniques don’t require any particular level of fitness or ability. Dress in comfortable clothing to move around.
